Quinn first came to the Bulls Academy as a player in its opening years. He holds a bachelors degree in Communication from DePaul University and master's degree in Sports Leadership from Concordia University. Quinn graduated from Oak-Park River Forest High School in 2007, playing alongside several Division I basketball players including Iman Shumpert and Phil Gary. He began coaching there immediately after graduating, spending time as JV head coach, as well as an assistant with freshmen, sophomore and varsity levels over eight years, and was instrumental in the development of dozens of student-athletes.
In 2015-16, he became the head coach at Walter Payton College Prep and led the school to its first conference championship in 10 years. He has worked at and led camps and clinics in America and St. Maarten, and spent several years as a coach and program director on the AAU circuit leading teams to national tournaments Orlando, Florida and Ft. Wayne, Indiana.
He has been a coach at the Bulls Academy since 2009 leading camps and coaching various grade levels in its in-house league.
