CHICAGO WHITE SOX ELITE .400 HITTING CLUB

The .400 Club teaches the professional “approach” to hitting as well as the swing mechanics. With 20 min. of classroom and 70 min. of instruction, we will make you the best hitter you can be! Players will also get their swings videotaped and analyzed through our digital motion analysis.* The class covers a new phase of the swing each week. Starting with stance and set-up, lower body rotation, hand path, contact points, timing, off speed pitches and approach.

*Digital Motion Analysis uses state of the art techniques to visually record and analyze an athlete's movements. Our staff uses this technology to develop efficiency of movement from a biomechanical standpoint, correct a player's motions and improve performance. Video will be taken of each camper's swing and will be analyzed by one of our expert instructors.
