Come Ready to Play! We have shared our knowledge with over 50,000 kids in the last 15 years.

The Chicago White Sox Training Centers know a little bit about teaching baseball. The formula is simple, assemble the finest teams of coaches armed with the White Sox Training Centers curriculum. Make it fun. Keep it interesting. Always be supportive and enthusiastic. Never stop teaching.

Our enthusiastic coaches will give you a week’s worth of instruction in all the areas that add up to making you a better player. The best part is, you’ll learn from enthusiastic coaches who love baseball and understand how to teach and reach the next generation of players.

AND THE WHITE SOX SKILLS COMPETITION:
All players age 7 and over will compete in the White Sox Skills Competition during their Training Center Summer Camp.  We’ll test your abilities in some of the same skills that pro scouts use to evaluate high school and college players.  The Top 30 scores from each age group will be invited to compete in Champions Day at U.S. Cellular Field.

THE PROGRAMS

Sox Training Center #1     (STC1)
Ages 7-8  
Five Day Training Camp -- 3 Hours per Day
Cost: $199 per player

More than 50,000 youth baseball players have attended one of our Training Centers to focus on essential individual aspects of baseball including: throwing, hitting, bunting, fielding, pitching and base-running.  Throughout the week teachings will be reinforced by using fun skill games.  On the final day all players will get the opportunity to judge their improvement by playing a game.  Student to instructor ratio will be 10:1 or less.

White Sox Advanced Camp      (STC2)
Ages 9-12
Five Day Training Camp -- 3 Hours per Day
Cost: $199 per player

Experienced Players. . .the Advanced Camp from the White Sox is just for you. You have special, more advanced needs and the Advanced Camp is just the ticket. This camp will build on the basi skills taught in our STC1 camps.  Depending on the skill level of the players, this camp will touch on advanced hitting, baserunning, and fielding techniques that players could use on the field at that night's game.  Just because you are in-season doesn't mean that you can stop learning the game. Learn it today, use it tonight! 

LITTLE SLUGGERS        (LS)
Ages 5-6, Boys and Girls
Five Day Training Camp -- 2.5 Hours per Day
Cost: $159 per player

This beginner program is open to boys and girls ages 5 & 6. The purpose of the Little Sluggers program is to introduce this age group to the game of baseball.  In addition to focusing on the basics of the game, players will also learn practice leads to improvement and the best way to have more fun playing baseball.  Our student-to-instructor ratio of 10:1 or less assures every player of getting the attention they deserve.
