Youth Fastpitch Programs The Bulls/Sox Academy's most valuable tool for delivering championship quality fastpitchinstruction to young athletes is our team of expert instructors.  Our talented team of instructors features former college coaches as well as some of the best college players in the Midwest.  In addition to our staff, we also offer guest instructors and appearances by current professional players and college coaches.

Fastpitch Pitching Club - La Grange

This specialized camp will teach your daughter the proper pitching mechanics including grip, motion, arm circle, release, leg drive and follow through.

Fastpitch Hitting Club - La Grange

Every great hitter follows some basic fundamentals, those and more will be taught in this four-week or six-week hitting club. Your child will learn to maximize power throughout the swing. A strong focus on stance, linear movements, rotation, contact point, extension, and follow through are sure to make your daughter a more confident hitter.

Fastpitch H.S. Hitting Club - La Grange

Our Advanced Hitting Club is designed for the Elite and/or High School travel player. This course studies proper hitting mechanics. Each student will receive a professional Digital Motion Analysis and will work each week to improve through the guidance of our instructors. Our 6:1 instructor ratio insures a personalized experience. Tee drills, front toss, and hitting off the pitching machine in combination with a strong focus on stance, linear movement, rotation, contact point, extension, and follow through are sure to make your daughter a more confident hitter.
