BULLS/SOX STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING PROGRAM OPTIONS

EXPLOSION builds athletic foundation, whether you play basketball, baseball, fastpitch, football or other sports. A solid physical foundation is the first step in athletic achievement. The best players are the best athletes.


AGES 12 AND OLDER

Strength and Conditioning Essentials

$125/month x 6 months
  • Unlimited access to our high energy group sports conditioning sessions
    • Goal - minimum of 2x/week
  • Each session lasts 90 minutes (click for schedule)
  • Scientifically designed
  • Changes once a month
  • Improves mobility, speed, agility, core, strength and power

* Strength and Conditioning essentials is tracked via calendar time period not number of sessions used.

4-Month Strength and Conditioning Essentials

$156/month x 4 months

  • All the benefits of Strength and Conditioning Essentials with a 4-month commitment

2-Month Explosion Essentials

$375 (one time payment)

  • All the benefits of Strength and Conditioning Essentials with a 2-month commitment

 

Customized Strength and Conditioning

$249/month x 6 months, Includes all the benefits of Strength and Conditioning Essentials plus:
  • One semi-private coaching session a week (4/month*) working on your specific athletic needs and goals (schedule by appointment)
  • Individualized program design written specifically for you (changed every 4-6 weeks)

*Semi-private training sessions must be used each month and cannot be carried forward to the next month

3-Month Customized Strength and Conditioning

$389/month x 3 months

  • All the benefits of Customized Strength and Conditioning with a 3-month commitment

Need more semi-private sessions?

  • Add more sessions to any of the customized programs. Additional semi-private sessions can be purchased at 4 sessions for $225
