EXPLOSION® Comes With Increased Flexibility-And we’re not just talking about touching your toes. Each week brings different challenges and different commitments. There’s no reason to miss any of those activities or miss an EXPLOSION® session because now EXPLOSION® bends, but retains it’s tensile strength in making athletes perform better. No pre-registering for days and times. You attend the sessions that fit your schedule the best. You might consistently attend the same times each week, or depending on your other commitments each week might bring a different combination of days and times. Planning on coming Wednesday, but can't get a ride or have too much homework. No problem come Thursday. No need to call and tell us you're not coming. For maximum benefit you should try to space out your days throughout the week. The body requires rest and recovery between sessions. |
![]() As a student, you build a base of knowledge by learning a full diet of courses... math, history, science, English, literature and P.E. (if you’re lucky). The school creates a curriculum with the goal of moving you to the next level. Even in college they want you to be well rounded. So while you are learning the skills that apply directly to your projected career, you also take classes in other areas. Sometime between high school and college the student starts to gravitate to an area of education they like. Sometimes they change their mind. Sometimes years after college they change their minds, again. The athletic world is similar. You shouldn’t expect to jump from the basics of being a good athlete to playing at the high school or college level. You need to follow the steps to get there. Athletes need to build a base of physical skills. Learning how to run, learning how to move, and learning how to get our bodies to do the things that athletes do requires a commitment. Athletes need to learn how to be athletes. In the old days that was accomplished by playing outside. Climbing trees, jumping over bushes... just playing. EXPLOSION Conditioning prepares the athlete by building a solid foundation. EXPLOSION offers comprehensive performance conditioning, including movement training, speed, agility, power, strength training, and sport specific training.
