Welcome to THE VAULT, where the gaming world meets the fitness world. The third floor of the Bulls/Sox Academy has been transformed into the most innovative “Exergaming” experience in the country.

For an $8 day pass, you can experience Lightspace, Freedom Climber, NeuroBrain Bike, Expresso Bike, 3 Kick, HeavyBall, iDance and newly added NASCAR Racing, Jump Zone, MX vs. ATV Alive and Positive Charts!!

Parents, you are welcome, too. THE VAULT is a great place for all members of your family to have a blast together.

INTRODUCING NEW EXERGAMING PROGRAMS

VIRTUAL FITNESS
This is not your regular workout!  This takes our innovative Exergames and combines some traditional fitness conditioning to create a fun and social way to stay physically active!  Participants will enjoy a mix of cutting edge Exergaming along with elements of traditional exercise. Participants will rotate though a series of interactive video games paired with unplugged activity such as TRX, Sandbells and Heavy Ropes. Games will focus on movement, reaction time, climbing and quickness. Unplugged activities will focus on explosiveness, strength and power.

EXERGAMING 101
Do you love to play video games? This is the class for you! In this fun introduction to Exergaming, participants will be introduced to movement and physical activity utilizing a rotation of cutting edge Exergames. Participants will compete against themselves and others during each session. Games focus on movement, reaction time, climbing, and quickness. 40 minutes structured gaming followed by 20 minutes of free play to choose the games they enjoy the most. These games will get you moving!
