Our baseball programs are focused on Youth Development to give each young athlete the opportunity to reach their athletic potential and teach some life-lessons along the way!  You won’t find a more amazing and versatile youth sports facility and team of coaches in the Midwest.

Throughout the year, we offer a wide variety of baseball training programs, starting at Age 5 and continuing through High School with our Elite Division. No matter what the training program, the bottom line is that we utilize the same equipment, training procedures and instructor expertise as the Chicago White Sox.  Every day we dedicate ourselves to helping kids chase their dreams.

Chicago White Sox Little Sluggers FUNdamentals - La Grange

We believe the most important thing we do is pass our knowledge and passion for the game to the players who are just discovering the magic of wearing a uniform, hat, and glove. Little Sluggers allows players to work on throwing, hitting and beginning baseball fundamentals, while having FUN! OPEN TO BOYS AND GIRLS!

Chicago White Sox Father/Son Hitting or Pitching Camp

This unique one-day family event will help prepare your child for the upcoming baseball season. The evening will focus on developing the correct fundamentals involved in hitting/pitching. These camps will offer valuable instruction and drill work that can be used by players of all ages as they prepare for competition.

Chicago White Sox Hitting and Pitching Clubs - La Grange

This class, led by Academy instructors, will detail the absolutes of hitting and pitching as taught to the White Sox players by the White Sox coaches. If you are truly serious about becoming the best player you can be...this is the place for you. Our Pitching Clubs will cover grips, arm action, balance points, and pitching from the wind up and the stretch. Our Hitting Clubs will focus on plate coverage and stance, striding into a hitting position, swing plane/hand path, footwork and balance.

Chicago White Sox Defense Club - La Grange

The White Sox Defense Club will focus on the essentials of throwing and catching the baseball as well as fielding groundballs and fly balls. To be a complete player, you must learn to defend. This class is exactly what you need to earn that starting position at higher levels of baseball.

The White Sox Offense Club will cover hitting with focus on plate coverage and stance, stepping into a hitting position, hand path, and lower body mechanics.

Chicago White Sox Presidents' Day Digital Motion Analysis Clinic

Digital Motion Analysis uses state-of-the-art techniques to visually record and analyze an athlete's movements. Our staff uses this technology to develop efficiency of movement from a biomechanical standpoint, correct a player's motions, and improve performance. These special hitting camps are designed to teach the proper phases and and sequence of hitting. Video will be taken of each camper's swing and analyzed by one of our expert instructors. You will gain more knowledge of hitting along with adjustments that will make your swing more productive.

The White Sox Advanced Hitting Club will present your hitter with an advanced step-by-step approach to hitting like a Major League player. The Club will cover plate coverage and stance, stepping into a hitting position, hand path and lower body mechanics. There are hitting “absolutes” that must be present in each at bat to be successful. Out top Academy Instructors who have worked with Major League Hitting Coaches will be leading this club.

Chicago White Sox Pre-Season Hitting Camp - La Grange

Pre-Season Hitting Camp is the only camp that teaches the “approach” to hitting as well as the swing. Led by top Academy coaches, campers will also get their swings critiqued with Digital Motion Analysis video software.

You wait all winter for spring because you know baseball season is just around the corner…what are you going to do to get your game ready? This unique High School Hitting Club is for those players who have already achieved a level of success and will prepare and/or maintain you for the upcoming season. This Club will present your hitter with a step-by-step approach to hitting like a Major Leaguer by delving into the mental aspect of each at bat, not just the physical aspect. Sign-up quickly… only a limited number of spots are available!
